- Open the AR Genie Portal https://portal.argenie.ai on the website or web. You can also click on Login at the homepage of the website.
- Fill in your information or login details on the login page.
- On the left hand side of the screen, Click on Join Session option of the portal dashboard.
- Enter the 9-digit code given to you by the host to join the session and click on the join button.
- The video session window will open and you will be now connected with the expert for the session.
End Session:
The End Session denotes the closing of the sessions created by the host in the representative console.
