You can click on the Join Button, if you have the session ID just by entering it on the ‘’Enter Link’’ screen to start the session.
Alternative 1: To join a remote session via mobile, just click on the link sent to you by the expert via email or text message and you will be directed to the Join Meeting option.
Alternative 2: You will be asked to join the session, if you have not installed the AR Genie App (from Playstore or App Store).
This link will redirect you to the App Store for downloading the AR Genie App depending upon the operating system you are using.
To download the app click on Install. Once the app has successfully downloaded, open the app, agree to the terms & conditions and then click to “ Continue”.
If the app has already been installed on your device, then it will automatically open the app to join the session. (On the AR Genie mobile app, you can also copy- paste the 9-digit session code on the Join Session-Enter Meeting ID.
