To use AR Genie Remote Visual Assistance, you must first create your account on the AR Genie Website. This will help you to manage your contacts, devices & tickets for the remote session & online interactions with the experts.

  • Open your web browser and visit the AR Genie website. You will see the “Login & Get Started” tab at the homepage of the website.

If you are new to the website, then you have to create your account first and if not, you can simply log in with your credentials.

  • Click on the Get Started Button at the right hand corner of the website to create the account first.
  • Select the product Remote Visual Assistance with Augmented Reality and click on get started.

  • Create your organization profile by filling up your name, company name, email / username and contact information.
  • You will get the confirmation email on your Google Accounts for verification. Once verified, you will need to generate your password.
  • After creating your password for the account, you can login to your portal with the credentials.

  • Now you have access to the AR Genie Portal ( from where you can create and manage your online remote sessions with the team.
