How to Create a Remote Session on Portal?

• Open the AR Genie Portal: https://portal.argenie.ai by login or visiting the link.

• Go to the left side of the navigation bar or dashboard, there you will see various functional options supported by the portal.

The Portal also supports language options for the technicians and participants joining the remote assistance session so as to communicate efficiently.
‍

• Click on the Create Session tab.

‍

• Enter the name of the Session you want to create.
  ‍

• Share the Session Code or the Link with the participant by inviting them via Email or SMS. You can also copy the session code by clicking on the copy icon.
